Communication : Expressing Authenticity

Lesson Description: Discover the power of authentic communication to foster connection and understanding. Explore verbal and non-verbal communication techniques that promote empathy, active listening, and mutual respect. 1. Activity : Describe it and draw it. – Purpose:  This activity is a fun way to demonstrate how important it is to communicate clearly.  Students will pair up and work together to draw a picture.

2. Activity – A image as the communication – Purpose:  Icons, symbols and emoji are now a major means of communication. Give a sentence of a action, draw it the best way you can. You can draw the image using any means possible but with no words.  Students will guess what activity you were communicating at the end of the class.
