- Gourmet Kombucha: Refreshing, probiotic-rich kombucha actively brewed right here in our zero-waste kitchen using high-quality, natural ingredients. Kombucha is made to order. I usually have a small amount in stock. My favorite flavors are Pomegranate, Black Cherry, Ginger Lemon and Turmeric. If you have a special request let me know. It usually takes a day to bottle Kombucha for pick up. I will call or email you to let you know that your order is ready.
