  1. Art Activity: Zen Tangle (20 minutes)
    • Objective: Help students relax and reduce stress through creative expression.
  2. Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercise (10 minutes)
    • Objective: Teach students to relax their muscles to reduce stress.
  3. Mental Rehearsal (5 minutes)
    • Objective: Help students get used to difficult situations by practicing mentally.
  4. Deep Breathing (5 minutes)
    • Objective: Teach a simple technique to manage anxiety.
