The vase of roses was one of the first miniature paintings I created. I bought special brushes to get the details. The vintage kitchen tools were given to me by my mother who had been collecting them for years. The little oil lamp I had for years in my collections of miniatures. It is a fully operational lamp. It has a wick and if you filled it with oil it would light up. The porcelain rose was a flower my husband bought me on his travels. It broke off the steam . The whole sculpture is mounted on an old wooden shutter. This sculpture looks great in a kitchen.
